Seiji Shingen is one of the Idols available to produce at 315 Productions. He was a former member of the Self-Defense Forces before forming the Idol Unit FRAME with Ryu Kimura and Hideo Akuno.

Seiji is a former Self-Defense Force member. Due to an injury, he has retired from the military and become an idol. He has a big-hearted personality but is rather boorish and weak when it comes to dealing with women. Contrary to his appearance, he has another side to him, one that loves precision work and domestic chores. Seiji always dotes upon his niece. Perhaps the reason he became an idol was to make her happy¹.

Etymology[edit | hide]

  • The name Seiji means "sincerity" (誠) (sei) and "officer, boss" (司) (ji).
  • Seiji's surname Shingen means "trust, believe" (信) (shin) and "mysterious, occultness" (玄) (gen).

Trivia[edit | hide]

  • Seiji has a niece, Amane, who often mentioned in-game because he takes care of her often. Apparently, he dotes on her so frequently that her mother, his sister, gets angry.
  • Hideo, Ryu, and Producer always have to remind Seiji to make sure he doesn’t work out too much or his clothes won’t fit.
