Yukihiro Kamiya is one of the Idols available to produce at 315 Productions. He is the owner of the Café that became the Idol Unit, Café Parade with Soichiro Shinonome, Saki Mizushima, Asselin BB II, and Makio Uzuki.

Yukihiro is a former café owner. Yukihiro possesses a gentlemanly demeanor, as well as the ability to bring the excessively unique members of his crew together. "Café Parade" is the name of the café he manages. He loves to travel, but his sense of direction is catastrophically terrible, so he often finds himself lost. Yukihiro doubles as a garçon for the café. He's extremely picky about black tea and brews a mean cup of it¹.
